Collapsing DNN Section Header causes critical error

Can you please let me know how many DNN Panel's are on this Dynamic Registration instance?

Are any of the DNN Panels overlapping? There's typically a Question Start and Question End  range that defines which fields will display in a particular DNN Panel. 

For instance, if you have the following Questions and Panels on your Registration Form:

Questions: Username, Password, FIrstName, LastName, EmailAddress

Panel 1: Username, Password, FirstName

Panel 2: FirstName, LastName, EmailAddress

This is an example of overlapping Questions. A single Question can only display in a single Panel. FirstName is defined in both Panels and with therefore cause an issue.

Please thoroughly inspect your DNN Panels to ensure that Question Overlapping is not occurring.
